Product crafts
01.
clay mold
An craftman or mould-maker creates an original model from wax, clay.
02.
Silicone mold
Silicone Molds are made from original models or sculptures.
03.
Removal of wax
Once the mould is finished, molten wax is poured into it and swished.After that removed from the mould.
04.
Slurry
A sprued wax copy is dipped into a slurry of silica, then into a sand-like stucco.
05.
Burnout
After the investment material dries, the flask is placed upside down into a kiln, which melts the wax leaving a negative cavity in model.
06.
Pouring
The investment mold is further heated in a kiln to reduce the temperature difference with the molten metal. Metal is melted and then poured.
07.
Welding & Polishing
Welded and overall hand polished according to drawings, to ensure whole product surface finished perfect.
08.
Electroplating & Assemble
Production according to customer color requirements, and trial installation according to drawings
